The practice was established in 1995, known as David Eager Solicitors. David Eager qualified as a solicitor in 1988. Since qualifying he has specialised exclusively in criminal law. He prides himself in his skills as an advocate and is qualified to practice in both Magistrates Court and Crown Court.
We hold a Criminal Defence Service Contract and so are able to represent to assist clients in publicly funded defence (where legal aid is available). We also offer a fixed fee serve for clients who may not qualify for legal aid. Agency Enquiries. We can accept agency instructions at the police station, Magistrates Court, Crown Court in all areas of Lincolnshire.
